Comeragh Capital LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom. Comeragh Capital LLP will be the appointed manager of the Dublin based UCITS Comeragh European Growth Fund (“the Fund”) upon launch for the Fund. Comeragh Capital LLP has promoter status for the Fund, which is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. It is intended that the Fund will apply for reporting fund status for certain UK investors.
